Overview

Stockly - Out of Stock Sorter (“Stockly”, “we”, “us”) is a Shopify app developed by Greelogix. The app helps merchants move out-of-stock products to the end of their collections. This policy explains what information we process when you install and use the app.

Information we collect

When you install Stockly, we may store:

• Shop domain and authentication session data required to access your store through the Shopify API
• Product and inventory information needed to detect out-of-stock products and update collection sort order
• App usage data such as sync status, sync timestamps, and out-of-stock product counts

Stockly does not collect or store your customers’ personal information (such as names, emails, addresses, or order details).

How we use information

We use the information above only to:

• Authenticate and operate the app in your Shopify store
• Identify out-of-stock products and reorder them within collections
• Show sync progress and status in the app
• Maintain and improve app reliability

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with Shopify as needed to provide the app’s functionality, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep store and session data while the app is installed. When you uninstall Stockly, or when Shopify sends a shop data deletion request, we delete associated shop data from our systems in accordance with Shopify’s requirements.
